Washington LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Customer Service team. The role is located in Everett, WA (Seattle metro) with coverage in the Everett, Mill Creek, Lake Stevens, and Granite Falls areas. The Opportunity:
We are looking for an innovator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by servicing LG products in customers' homes. Our full line technicians diagnose and repair major appliances, TVs, and A/C units, manage inventory, and perform related administrative tasks. As the face of LG, technicians are expected to represent the company with professionalism. Responsibilities: Travel offsite to customers\' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG equipment to ensure top product performance Use safety equipment (PPE), and diagnostic tools provided by LG Perform technical diagnosis and specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances Diagnose problems, assess scope, document findings, and decide on repairs or part replacements Process paperwork and enter data upon completion of each job Pre-screen next day service calls by gathering necessary information to aid pre-arrival diagnostics Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, first-time fix, revisits, parts management, OT %) Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred) Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products) Experience with tools and diagnostic test equipment Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and document product/system issues Valid Driver’s license in good standing Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification Physical ability to perform field service tasks (bending and lifting up to 50 pounds) Salary:
