Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
Job type: Permanent
Salary: $65,000 - 75,000 per year
Work hours: 9am to 5pm
Education: Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Retail Petroleum sector
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions to client requirements
Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
Prepare and negotiate contracts and pricing proposals
Coordinate training sessions for clients
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product developments
Maintain records of sales activities in CRM systems
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of B2B technical sales experience in manufacturing industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Willingness to travel (50%-70%)
