Full Time: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay & Benefits

Handle service maintenance calls from residents in a timely manner Assist with general daily housekeeping and heavy duty cleaning, assuring that the entire community is kept clean on a consistent basis. Perform ongoing and preventative maintenance tasks. Assist with apartment turnover, moving furniture in and out of apartments. Handle snow removal and salt on walkways, sidewalks and entryways, as well as clearing residents vehicles during snowstorms. Requirements
