AVAILABLE SHIFTS : PAY & BENEFITS : Rates start at $22 per hour

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Handle service maintenance calls from residents in a timely manner
Assist with general daily housekeeping and heavy duty cleaning, assuring that the entire community is kept clean on a consistent basis.
Preform ongoing and preventative maintenance tasks.
Assist with apartment turnover, moving furniturein and out of apartments.
Handle snow removal and salt on walkways, sidewalks and entryways, as well as clearing residents vehicles during snowstorms.
REQUIREMENTS :
Physical requirements : Standing, lifting (up to 30 pounds), bending
Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co‑workers
Be on time and reliable – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our team to be reliable at all times.
