Senior Quality Engineer - Processes, Methods & Tools

to join our team located in

Multiple Locations . This is a full-time, hybrid position located within 50 miles of listed locations and requires some on-site presence at a local Boeing BDS site. The candidate resumes should include a preferred city from the list of locations. This senior role will work cross-functionally across the BDS divisions, programs/sites. Ideal candidates will have data/analytics and quality process understanding to communicate quality requirements to stakeholders. The position requires extensive background in Quality, effective communication with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. Position Responsibilities

Leads the integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation. Provides interpretation of complex requirements. Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, company and regulatory requirements. Develops quality criteria to support supplier selection activities and leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Assists in development of new standards and repairs for non-conformances. Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified process capability levels are achieved. Leads verification reviews to ensure adequate surveillance to validate product and process quality requirements. Represents Quality in design reviews of the inter-relationship of multiple systems and advises on development of methods for testing and approval of products, processes, equipment and measurement systems to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Leads cross-functional continuous quality improvement efforts. Works under consultative direction. Level 4 Responsibilities

Works under minimal direction. Level 5 Responsibilities

Advises others in preparing significant bids and proposals. Authors Quality plans for major programs. Advises suppliers and business partners in developing their Quality plans to ensure flowdown of requirements. Consults at the business unit level to develop Quality criteria for supplier selection. Oversees the development of methods, procedures and metrics to ensure quality standards and practices for large programs and derivatives. Leads verification reviews to ensure adequate surveillance to validate product and process quality requirements. Develops new methods for conducting product and process validation and represents Quality in design reviews of the inter-relationship of multiple systems. Advises on development of methods for testing and approval of products, processes, equipment and measurement systems to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Performs benchmarking of enterprise best practices. Leads cross-functional continuous quality improvement efforts. Develops new applications for advanced statistical methods. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry More than 5 years of experience performing analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes toQuality Management System requirements and applicable regulations More than 5 years of experience presenting and communicating data in Senior Leadership briefings More than 3 years of experience with root cause corrective action Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

Level 5: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience Subject matter expert level knowledge of: LSC; FAI; CTC Experience in MSE, PVAP, GIDEP, BOI, IBN, PQDR, SOOTs, EPES Surveillances, LSC, CTC and NCM More than 8 years of experience performing analysis to identify and evaluate quality against QMS requirements More than 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry Drug Free Workplace:

This position is for 1st shift. Summary pay ranges for senior levels: Level 4: USD 101,150 - 157,550; Level 5: USD 125,800 - 195,500. Applications accepted until Sept. 19, 2025. Export Control Requirements:
