Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, start up, train, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical and electronic systems at customer sites. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and provide expert phone support, with frequent overnight travel (domestic and occasional international). Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment at customer locations Install equipment/production lines; perform acceptance testing and validation Execute preventive maintenance and advise on service intervals Program equipment using approved utilities and tools Train operators, maintenance, and engineering personnel on new equipment Communicate with customers before and during visits to scope and resolve issues Maintain tools/parts, complete documentation accurately, and track time/materials Follow all safety regulations and PPE requirements; attend service training as needed Requirements
Strong electro-mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills Proficiency with computers and computer-controlled equipment Clear written and verbal communication; self-starter who works independently Comfortable with hand/power tools and electronic test equipment Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Valid driver’s license Travel & Benefits
