High Mountain Drywall is hiring a Construction Estimator. This is a part-time or full-time at-home role. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing estimates (residential & commercial), performing quantity take-offs, managing costs and budgeting for various projects. Effective communication with clients and team members is also a key responsibility. Responsibilities
Prepare estimates for residential and commercial projects. Perform quantity take-offs from construction plans and drawings. Manage costs and budgeting for various projects. Communicate clearly with clients and team members to support project success. Qualifications
Experience in construction estimating and performing quantity take-offs. Ability to accurately read construction plans/blueprints. Skills in cost management and budgeting. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
