Senior Project Manager/Office Lead - Structural Engineering
Ehlert Bryan is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead projects and grow with our Orlando office, with the opportunity to eventually step into a leadership role managing the branch. This is a unique opportunity to join a respected structural engineering consulting firm with a 40+ year history, a strong repeat client base, and projects across the U.S. and overseas. We’re looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager who is excited about both technical excellence and business growth. What You’ll Do
Lead and deliver structural engineering projects from concept through construction. Manage client relationships and coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams. Mentor and train junior engineers while fostering team development. Support business development and help grow our presence in Florida. Play a key role in shaping the future of our Florida office, with a clear path toward office management and leadership. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering (MS preferred). PE license required (Florida PE preferred). 10+ years of structural design and project management experience. Expertise in steel, concrete, and wood design for both new construction and renovations. Proficiency with structural analysis software (RAM, CSI, etc.); Revit experience a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing client relationships in Florida. Who You’ll Be Joining

Our projects range from overseas government facilities to schools, high-rise apartments, and residential additions.
