A Day In Your Life
Precision setup and operation of CNC and manual tools for diverse projects during the night shift. Fine-tune your skills on 2 axis CNC horizontal & VTL lathes and explore 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC mills. Efficiently manage materials and requisition critical tooling to ensure success.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent is essential. Experience: Have over four years of intense workshop experience and the knack for understanding elaborate documentation. Availability: Overtime as required to meet project timelines.
Legal Considerations: ITAR Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government commercial space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 8 U.S.C.
1324b(a)(3), applicants for employment at Barber-Nichols must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawfully admitted for permanent residence into the U.S. (i.e., current green card holder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum under 8 U.S.C. 1157-1158.Security clearance is not required for this position
