Comply with Roeslein & Associates’ core values and maintain sound relationships with all employees. Lead as a liaison to customers, adhere to contracts, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism. Perform work in compliance with company and client standards and regulatory requirements. Lead daily on- and off-site meetings with subcontractors, providing a detailed list of completed and outstanding items. Establish goals and deadlines for project activities daily; develop work plans within project parameters; allocate resources and staff. Effectively communicate with project staff and assign duties and responsibilities; manage project flow within the schedule. Direct the flow of work to align with the project schedule; manage installation and integration of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems for direct reports. Manage the project budget and change orders; assist the Project Manager with cost forecasts and financial projections. Oversee punch list items and closeout through functional installation check-out acceptance; monitor and adjust plans as needed; travel domestically and internationally (approx. 50-60% travel; daily local travel 30-50%). Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations; conduct activities safely per safety requirements. Take responsibility for site cost, schedule, safety, productivity, and overall scope understanding. Other Duties And Responsibilities

Accountable for on-site team members and adherence to quality, ethics, and safety standards. Oversee contractor installation methods to maintain quality and safety; serve as main customer contact ensuring professional, timely communication. Lead regular progress meetings and communicate progress, issues, and improvements. Review subcontractor bids and change requests against the contracted scope; maintain comprehensive project documentation. Promote a positive working environment to achieve organizational goals; perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge / Skills / Education / Experience

Five to ten or more years of construction experience in large steel and pipe assembly, refinery, or PSM-covered processes preferred. Bachelor's degree or technical associate degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required. OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred but not required. Basic drafting and AutoCAD knowledge required; ability to interpret mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and control drawings. Valid driver’s license; excellent oral and written communication; strong attention to detail, organization, and planning; ability to learn quickly; ability to travel domestically and internationally. Proficiency with Windows PCs; strong time management and change management abilities; ability to interact effectively with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other contacts. Work Environment

Work is performed in office and/or outdoor settings with potential exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather. Follow safety standards and wear PPE as required. Physical Demands
