PROJECT MANAGER-FEDERAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR – Location: Greenwood Village, CO. CLP Engineering (CLPE) is seeking a talented Project Manager with Federal General Contractor experience to join our team of Engineering Professionals. CLPE is a full-service electric utility solutions engineering firm with more than twenty years of experience in electrical utility system ownership, upgrades, maintenance and operations through our sister company, City Light & Power. The Project Manager-Federal General Contractor will oversee all aspects of federal government projects from initial planning stages through project close out; works closely with Sr PM and the Client to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The PM is experienced managing projects for federal agencies and related contracting organizations adhering to federal regulations, client directives, and company processes. Responsibilities

Plan and define program goals; devise methods to achieve them using an understanding of the client's mission, policies, technical procedures, and project delivery processes. Develop budgets, schedules, and construction services plans in collaboration with department managers, project engineers, and discipline leads. Review design documents for conformance to company standards and compliance within scope of work. Generate and distribute reports on all project phases and financial performance. Travel to project sites to monitor activities throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project meetings including pre-award, pre-construction, project progress, and final close-out. Develop, enhance, and maintain effective client relations. Coordinate with Site Superintendent to develop and maintain site logistics plans and personnel assignments. Oversee procurement, cost control, and change management systems. Perform field inspections to verify quality and accuracy of construction; set up QA/QC procedures and conduct quality inspections. Uphold core safety values and collaborate with the EH&S Director to enforce safety standards. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred; related work experience may substitute. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Five to ten (5-10) years of experience managing medium to large federal projects. Experience coordinating time/cost/labor estimates using blueprints, specifications, and proposals. Ability to manage multi-discipline teams of engineers, technicians, and other project personnel. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; ability to delegate work effectively. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Travel: 20-30% outside CO. Other Requirements: US Citizen; ability to obtain Military Base Access Security Clearance; valid driver’s license. Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience, plus eligibility for Short Term Incentive Plan. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, 401k with company contribution, paid time off, and paid holidays.
