Survey Link The position will support multiple areas of the company, directly assisting the manufacturing team and president. Core responsibilities include: Developing inspection processes, creating balloon drawings, and generating In-process and FAIR documentation. Assigning inspection methods and verifying the availability of gages used for part inspection; obtaining any that are not available. Maintaining gage calibration programs, calibrating gages in-house, and scheduling third-party calibrations. Performing FAIR inspections and assisting with In-Process inspections when needed. Programming CMMs and inspecting parts. Maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, conducting audits (internal and external), and managing QMS and documentation control. Ensuring conformity to standards like CMRT, REACH, PROP 65, RoHS, and TSCA. Leading scrap reporting and reduction initiatives, monitoring and reporting KPIs, and providing customer RMAs when needed. Managing root cause and corrective/preventive actions, creating Quality Alerts, and holding teams accountable to timelines. Providing customer updates on rework status, employee quality training, and leading safety and continuous improvement programs. We are a small company offering room for growth and the opportunity to make a real impact. Candidates must be comfortable wearing many hats and adapting to changing priorities. Requirements include high attention to detail, independent follow-through, a desire to meet customer needs, and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the team and company. Preferred experience: 1-3 years in manufacturing, specifically machining.
