Overview

Position Overview: Full-time Child or Pediatric Psychologist with

expertise in Pediatric Feeding Disorders . The role focuses on providing therapeutic supports in an embedded specialty partnership with the multidisciplinary feeding clinic, including direct patient care, collaboration with larger medical teams, and program development. A smaller component includes compassionate, evidence-based outpatient therapy for hospital- and clinic-referred patients from diverse backgrounds with varying medical and mental health needs. Opportunities for supporting the inpatient consultation-liaison service will also be available. Department : Psychological Services, with services on the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses. We provide individual and family therapy, psychological assessment, neuropsychological assessment, and inpatient consultation and liaison. Pediatric psychologists are embedded in several specialty clinics. Annually, we care for over 2,200 children with mental health concerns in our emergency departments and complete 23,000+ outpatient visits in our behavioral health clinics. Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic supports within the embedded multidisciplinary feeding clinic. Deliver direct patient care and collaborate with medical teams; participate in program development. Offer outpatient therapy to hospital and clinic referred patients from diverse backgrounds with varying medical and mental health needs. Support inpatient consultation-liaison services as available. Required Qualifications

Licensed or licensed eligible psychologist in Minnesota. Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D.) in Psychology and completion of a clinical internship and postdoctoral fellowship from an APA-approved program. Demonstrated excellence in patient care, consultation, and collaboration. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of one year of clinical experience working with feeding disorders and/or in a health psychology-related setting. Interest in providing training and supervision in our postdoctoral fellowship. Compensation : The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in local or national markets. When determining individual pay rates, we consider factors including market indicators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, internal equity, and organizational needs.
