Facilities Learning & Development Administrator
37 hours per week – Permanent – Band 3: £28,011 – £30,230 (pro rata) per annum
Role Overview An exciting opportunity for a self‑motivated and enthusiastic individual to support line managers and supervisors across the Facilities & Estates Sector comprising 10 services and approximately 2,500 staff.
Responsibilities
Organise learning courses, facilitate work experience placements, apprenticeships and maintain records.
Provide general clerical support to the Learning & Development Manager and the team.
Respond to telephone and email queries from staff groups, schools, universities and stakeholders.
Data inputting, maintain spreadsheets and compile data to support the Team.
Qualifications
Minimum SCQF 6 education and 3-5 years experience in an administration and clerical function.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to produce accurate, high‑quality work, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Full driving licence.
Experience in a learning and development environment is desirable.
