Overview

SC229169 - Junior Charge Nurse Jubilee Hospital. This is a full-time Band 6 Junior Charge Nurse position based within Rothieden ward at the Jubilee Hospital Huntly. This is a full time post of 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern to be discussed at interview. Ideally, candidates should offer flexibility around the shift pattern and needs of the service, working predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and public holiday working. Band 6 Responsibilities

Lead and support nursing staff within Rothieden ward to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Develop team working and contribute to the ongoing development of the ward and patient journey. Establish and maintain close working relationships with the SCN, nursing and other allied health professionals within the ward and hospital site. Requirements / Qualifications

Must be NMC registered. At least 3 years of previous experience within the acute and community setting based within NHS Grampian. A confident approach to team working and a passion for the job role and patient experience. What we offer and additional information

Rothieden ward is an 18-bed ward with a dedicated palliative suite and day case room; we cater for GP acute admissions and transfers from the acute sector to facilitate ongoing care and rehabilitation needs.
