Account Manager – Stellantis Business Unit
Alps Alpine, a leading manufacturer of electronic components and automotive infotainment systems, seeks an Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. The role combines sales, technical program management, and customer relationship excellence to support automotive and consumer electronics markets.
Essential Functions
Ensure high‑level customer satisfaction using CRM techniques and support the Customer Scorecard.
Quote new business and Design Change Requests, coordinate fulfillment with Engineering, and manage pre‑production orders.
Prepare presentation materials for RFIs and RFPs, answer RFQs, and determine pricing and lead time.
Review, prepare, and achieve the budget; validate contracts against quoted terms and ensure NDAs are in place.
Support existing customers by meeting quoting requests, evaluating pricing, and facilitating engineering change meetings.
Participate in Product Planning and Design Team meetings, lead discussions on costs, prototype orders, and pre‑production orders.
Provide sales and account management support in recurring operation meetings, conduct research for new business opportunities, and manage customer collection activities.
Provide on‑site program management services for non‑automotive customers, handling all program activities, reporting requirements, and deadlines.
Support certification and compliance with customer quality management systems (TISAX, TS16949, IATF, etc.).
Non‑essential Functions
Complete special projects as assigned.
Implement customer‑specific sales forecasting activities.
Perform sales and account manager tasks for the assigned market or customer group.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience; 3+ years of relevant experience.
Applicable sales, application engineering, and program management experience.
Prior Stellantis Account Manager Experience Required Experience managing Stellantis accounts is mandatory.
Licenses or Certifications
Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
Valid passport preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Broad knowledge of market regulatory, trade, and tax requirements.
Problem‑solving skills.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Travel and or overnight stays; support meetings or calls in various time zones.
