Retail Senior Project Manager at JLL responsible for executing complex project goals and leading retail bank branch construction and interior buildout projects. Base Pay
$115,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Execute complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership Lead industry‑changing projects that influence the future of work Facilitate critical stakeholder meetings and provide on‑site project leadership Apply financial acumen to meet client goals and manage project budgets Contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices Develop procedures and winning strategies to guide project teams to successful execution Manage client and vendor relationships for seamless conflict resolution and account maintenance Provide on‑site leadership to ensure performance criteria and standards are being met Monitor project financials and progress using exceptional data interpretation skills Collaborate with transaction managers, facility managers, engineers, and planning teams Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project or construction management Retail construction project management experience, preferably with retail bank branch projects Demonstrated high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling Strong knowledge of architectural and MEP drawings, furniture, and space planning concepts Exceptional data interpretation skills for monitoring project financials and progress Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, set aggressive goals, and consistently deliver results Previous experience working in a matrixed environment with Project Management teams Exceptional communication skills, ability to support Project teams through influence, advice, and modeled behavior Strong understanding of real estate life cycle and proven ability to collaborate across disciplines Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management Banking/financial institution project management experience Experience with retail construction/interior buildout projects Proficiency in project management technology tools with a commitment to continuous skill development Experience finding solutions to complex problems in collaborative environments Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to remain calm under pressure Track record of acting decisively, thinking big, and managing time to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Leadership experience in diverse, supportive, and talented team environments Seniority Level
