Senior Indirect Cost & Continuous Improvement Manager

Danfoss Danfoss Power Solutions (DPS) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Cost Reduction Specialist (Navigator) to lead projects in the Americas region (USA and Mexico) with a focus on indirect cost optimization across our factories. This remote position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time. Job Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional projects to identify and implement indirect cost optimization potentials. Secure stakeholder buy‑in, perform data analysis, define scope, and assemble project teams. Prepare business cases and create tactical implementation plans (TIP). Drive performance management (PMS) to ensure timely execution, report outcomes, and provide corrective actions as needed. Promote a culture of sustainable change and a productivity‑driven mindset within the organization. Partner with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to elevate performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Share best practices and proactively enroll Danfoss standards in a global team environment. Background & Skills
Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and/or continuous improvement in a performance‑driven organization or consulting. Previous manufacturing experience within a large or medium‑sized organization. Track record of hands‑on experience in implementing change management projects that lower cost. Strong inspirational leadership and team‑building skills. Result‑oriented, analytical mindset with a structured approach. Lean experience and an improvement‑driven mindset. Strong project and change‑management skills. Effective communicator and consensus builder with an open, curious mindset. Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Employee Benefits
