Education/Training: A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) required or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred. Licensure/Certification: Must have valid driver’s license. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of basic community and business development concepts; ability to interpret and communicate data from statistical reports. Knowledge of key internal/external health‑care environments and programs. Demonstrates superior customer service skills to external and internal customers. Knowledge of senior management credentials. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; ability to meet corporate deadlines and skill in organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines. Ability to multi‑task between accounts and/or referral sources. Work territory and accounts as assigned. Knowledge of the terms ‘Account’ and ‘Call’. Account is defined as any referral source; no one marketing coordinator shall be solely responsible for an account. Call is defined as a meeting or interaction with a potential referral source.
