Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a Development Analyst to support our Development Services team in multiple markets on industrial and office projects. This role provides exposure to all facets of the development lifecycle—including market analysis, site selection, underwriting, land acquisition, building design, financing, construction, leasing, and disposition. As a key member of a close-knit, high-performing team, the Development Analyst will drive the success of new development projects. We seek a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth financial modeling and quantitative analysis for development projects Perform market research and evaluate economic, demographic, and supply-demand trends impacting development Support land acquisitions and due diligence processes Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders, capital partners, and clients Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess project and market trends Collaborate with internal departments and external partners including legal teams, capital sources, and leasing professionals Represent Stream Realty in the marketplace by cultivating industry relationships and contributing to the growth of the platform Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably with exposure to development and/or leasing Skills & Competencies: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including acquisition and development modeling in Excel. Argus proficiency a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive information Effective written and verbal communication skills Additional Information
