Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned projects. Analyze bid documents, drawings, specifications, and existing site conditions to outline scope of work, including all general conditions and requirements. Identify risks in scope of work to ensure related costs are covered. Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to complete scope of work per contract documents. Manage team of electricians, assign daily tasks, and provide correct materials/equipment to complete scope of work. Manage crew labor hours, material procurement, scheduling equipment, and daily production reporting. Lead safety meetings and ensure the use of required PPE by all crew members. Run conduit/wire and install/terminate devices. Troubleshoot and perform quality control testing. Conduct pre‑bid surveys, kick‑off meetings, progress walks, punch walks, and turnover. Qualifications
10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician. 3+ years of field experience as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects. Well‑rounded knowledge of various electrical installations, including distribution systems, lighting control systems, HVAC equipment and motor connections, conduit and wire, and branch devices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks timely and professionally. Proficiency with ProCore, daily reporting, and job progress documentation. Advanced Excel and Word skills for editing, analyzing spreadsheets and documents. Willingness to travel (90% travel) and work nights, weekends, and overtime. Equal Opportunity Statement
