You will develop and manage the manufacturing plan for the program, ensuring resources, schedules, and processes align with overall program goals. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, quality, and production, to ensure manufacturing requirements are met and production targets are achieved. You will work with Program Managers and Operations to provide efficient industrial planning and support for the program, aligning with delivery schedules and business objectives. You’ll develop and execute manufacturing strategies that meet program goals while ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Overseeing Production Ramp-Up: Ensure that all processes, resources, and materials are scalable to meet increasing demand as production ramps up. Managing Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams to align on production requirements, capacity, and schedules. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing updates, delivery schedules, and any potential issues. You will communicate regularly with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing concerns promptly. Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, working with operations teams to address challenges as they arise. Production Quality Assurance: Ensure production meets required quality standards by collaborating with the Quality Assurance team and resolving any quality issues swiftly. Managing Production Schedules: Coordinate with operations to ensure production schedules are met, adjusting resources or processes as necessary to maintain deadlines. Continuous Improvement: Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality, contributing to program success. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering (or related field) with 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, ideally in aviation or similar industries. Strong program management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in risk management, production ramp-up, and continuous improvement efforts. This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A “U.S. Person,” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence (green card holders), and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. To be considered for this position, you must either be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization.
