Overview
Contracts Administrator role at ST Engineering MRAS. Support the Cost & Contracts Managers in executing cost-out initiatives within the direct supply base and ensuring that parts are maintained on long-term agreements (LTA). The role encompasses ownership of activities such as preparing technical data packages, RFP/RFQ, compliance documentation drafting, managing internal trackers and executing contract implementation with internal and external stakeholders. What You Will Do
Prepare documentation in alignment with the department’s policies and procedures in preparation for Bid List and RFQ review i.e. part list, technical data, etc. Support in the creation and distribution of RFQs to targeted suppliers. Prepare supplier quotes for Cost Analysis and bid review. Participate in supplier negotiations for LTA finalization. Ensure all bid and RFQ documentation is collected and stored appropriately in assigned locations i.e. Box and SAP. Update and maintain LTA changes in Sourcing portal, i.e. price changes, date extensions, adding or removing part numbers, etc. Support the transition of parts to new and existing suppliers with Sourcing, Quality, PC and Engineering teams. Manage and maintain the LTA tracker to ensure relevant parties are informed about contract status. Support market research and onboarding of potential new suppliers. Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends within the industry. Foster and inspire a collaborative work style and display team-oriented behavior with a proactive example of communication internally and externally Support the Contract Managers with contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. Participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and / or tasks What You Must Bring To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. Master’s degree preferred. This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A ‘U.S. Person,’ as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence (green card holders), and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. To be considered for this position, you must either be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization. If hired, you will be required to provide valid proof of such status. Desired Characteristics

ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location.
