Join a cross-functional team to support the re-launch of a brand by: Starting up production lines. Enhancing packaging efficiency and system performance in a food manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities
Understand machine/material interface to improve plant performance. Manage packaging trials, supplier experiments, and technical validations. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers. Document technical plans, specifications, and financial analyses. Support new product launches and margin improvement initiatives. Drive innovation through technical material knowledge and process engineering. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Packaging Engineering or related field. 5+ years of packaging engineering experience. Strong grasp of commercialization from design to manufacturing. Experience in food manufacturing and packaging systems (cartoning, case packing). Skilled in technical drawing creation and cross-functional teamwork. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Office 365, SharePoint, TOPS. Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Preferred Qualifications
Background in food or manufacturing industries. Experience with new production startups. Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Interspec, Optiva). Seniority level
