Regular job‑site visits and reporting to review project compliance with Leopardo quality standards Participate in project pre‑job and post‑job meetings as the quality representative identifying areas of potential quality concern Coordinate PEER review meetings and follow‑up Check project submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and inspection logs as it relates to quality Ensure correct setup and maintenance of department and project documentation Work on the company lessons‑learned database and company‑wide communications and learning opportunities Participate in quality incident response meetings and documentation Work onsite with consultants and testing agencies as a Leopardo representative (enclosure consultants, material testing, commissioning agents) Review third‑party quality consultant scopes and advise project teams Conduct site quality walks, observe, document quality issues, and communicate with project teams to work toward remediation Collaborate with the virtual build group (VGB) and coordinate meetings using 3D models Assist project teams during punch‑list phase for company efficiency Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent construction training and experience (field trades experience acceptable) Ability to interpret and understand contract drawings and specifications Basic understanding of building enclosure systems Strong organizational, prioritization, problem‑solving, multi‑tasking, and decision‑making skills Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and remain calm under pressure Team player comfortable collaborating with a variety of company stakeholders Valid driver’s license and regular travel to jobsites throughout the Chicago area (rare out‑of‑state visits) Benefits
