Maintenance Planner/Scheduler , the role will consist of developing maintenance plans and schedules based on recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data and KPIs. Key activities for this position include screening and developing work orders, auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, estimate labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program. This role will work closely with Maintenance management, Maintenance Technicians, Control Systems Technicians and Operations teams to plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows. This will help prevent unplanned downtime of material handling equipment and disruption to production activities. The Reliability Maintenance Planner/Scheduler will have a strong focus on Best Formulations leadership principles of Innovation, Bias for Action and Ownership of their maintenance program. Also will ensure the Company remains in compliance with all regulatory agencies (FDA, USDA, ec.) with regard to Sanitation, as well as being responsible for maintaining all sanitation, HACCP, cGMP and Pest Control programs. Provide support for Sanitation staff Ensures compliance with food safety policies and procedures. Evaluates sanitary facility conditions visually and analytically, assess risk based on food safetyand public health principles and prioritize corrective actions. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent GED Certificate; and Two (2) or more years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, or Any combination of experience, education, and training that provides the level of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to successfully perform the job. Level knowledge of CMMS use (preferably RedZone) Work Environment

Routinely required to stoop, bend, kneel, lift, reach, pull, push, and tilt object in the performance of job function. Lifting limitations for this position: 25-30 lbs. May have to manipulate heavier containers. Requires incumbent to sit and operate computer for extended periods of time during course of workday, and the ability to proficiently use the computer keyboard for typing. Noise levels for most work environments can range from low to moderate. Some work areas require hearing protection for an 8-hour workday. This position is currently classified as on-site. Base Salary Range: $70,500.00- 80,000.00 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
