Heating Engineer – Domestic Heating & Hot Water

We’re looking for an experienced and qualified Gas Engineer to join a growing, supportive team delivering top-quality service, maintenance, and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems. If you love solving problems, enjoy working independently (but with the backing of a great team), and take pride in a job well done — we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Visiting residential properties to carry out servicing and repairs on boilers and heating systems
Diagnosing faults and getting systems back up and running safely and efficiently
Keeping customers informed every step of the way — clear communication is key
Logging work digitally (and sometimes on paper) — we keep things simple and streamlined
Working safely, following all relevant health & safety processes (Risk Assessments, COSHH, etc.)
Managing your van stock and ordering what you need to get the job done right, first time
What You’ll Need
Valid and up-to-date domestic gas qualifications (at minimum: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)
Experience in domestic service and repair
A professional and friendly attitude — you’ll be representing the company in tenants’ homes
Willingness to be part of an out-of-hours rota (evenings/weekends)
A clear DBS and employment references — we’ll handle the checks
