Field Service Technician

to join their team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record and must be comfortable with extensive drive time between assigned locations with company vehicle. Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for store systems, devices, and equipment Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across multiple locations Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals Perform system upgrades, imaging, and basic networking setup as needed Communicate clearly with managers and staff to ensure timely issue resolution Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and inventory records Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 to 3+ years of IT or technical support experience (retail or field service preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems, hardware, and software issues Experience supporting peripherals such as printers, POS systems, and mobile devices Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily Wage Range

The rate for this position is between

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour . Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
