Field Technician
to join their team supporting the Miami, FL area. This tech will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation. Responsibilities
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and printers. Provide customer-focused service and meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs). Work with a wide range of users and environments; maintain a personable demeanor. Possibly work on a ladder or lift and lift up to 50 lbs. Work under general supervision and be available to work weekends, staggered or late shifts, including evenings and/or weekends. Position may require working from bent, crouched, or kneeled positions. Desirable certifications: CompTIA A+; OEM printer, laptop, and desktop warranty certifications; server experience is a bonus. Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, and printers Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience Strong hardware break-fix experience LaserJet break fix experience Ability to maintain good customer focus and meet SLAs Personable with the ability to interact with a wide range of users Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation Ability to work from a bent, crouched, or kneeled position CompTIA A+ preferred OEM printer and OEM laptop/desktop warranty certifications preferred Server experience would be a bonus Wage Range
The rate for this position is between
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour . Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
