Venture Global LNG . Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost. Responsibilities
Assist the Operations team in developing and progressing the Ready for Operations (RFO) activities, ensuring seamless transition of the facility from EPC to the operations phase. Realize improvements to equipment reliability and facilitate the migration from “Time-Based” to “Risk & Condition based” for all equipment, systems, processes, and material in an LNG operations facility. Support ground work for the overall Asset Management Program by developing an Integrity Management Philosophy, focusing on Equipment Strategies with Condition-Based & Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) approach, Inspection & Repair scopes and methodologies, and achieving regulatory and other certifications for lifting devices, cylinders, and safety pressure devices. Lead or participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) exercises for failures relating to plant equipment and/or processes. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. A Professional Engineering License is a plus. Experience: 8-10 years of senior engineering experience with mechanical and process plant equipment in an industrial setting. Oil and Gas experience is required, with preference in LNG applications; petrochemical, NGL, cryogenic natural gas processing, or other hydrocarbon processing experience may be acceptable. Additional Skills
Knowledge of CMMS Systems. RCFA tools for conducting failure analysis. Knowledge of Management of Change (MoC). Working knowledge of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
