Please apply today if this opportunity aligns with your career goals. The Assistant Director is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Division of Enrollment Management’s CRM, Slate. The focus is on processes and improvements related to graduate and bachelor degree completion program admissions and enrollment. The role involves supporting stakeholders, streamlining processes, and identifying opportunities for enhancement to support new and ongoing initiatives. Key Outcomes
CRM Administration (50%) Provide strategic support for the graduate and bachelor degree completion components of Slate CRM. Maintain and troubleshoot applications, forms, populations, rules, permissions, etc. Offer operational support to users with varying technical skills, track projects, and communicate with stakeholders for timely completion. Develop and deliver training for division staff and stakeholders on Slate usage. Admission Processing Management (25%) Oversee application processing, supporting materials import, and decision releases. Supervise workflow for graduate and degree completion processing coordinators. Support document processing during high-volume periods. Communication Management (15%) Serve as the primary contact for graduate and degree completion communication in Slate. Maintain automated drip campaigns and support communication initiatives. Reporting Support (10%) Update and build queries and reports in Slate to support division leadership and campus stakeholders. Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. One to three years of experience as a Slate superuser. Critical and analytical thinking skills for managing priorities. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Additional Details
