What You Will Do:
Perform engineering activities in support of the Patriot program for the Tactical Command System (TCS), Battery Command Post (BCP), and Reconfigurable Tactical Command System (R‑TCS)
Software Requirements analysis
Designing and conducting software validation test
Training soldiers on the Patriot System
Participate in the upgrade of the TCS and BCP Technical Data Packages (TDP)
Participate in peer reviews, resolving identified problems, interfacing with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead, System Engineering lead, and other team members
Support warehouse operations for Patriot subsystems
Review ECP documentation and identify the additions, changes and deletions for impacts
Travel to and from Patriot sites in support of testing, upgrades and training
Qualifications You Must Have:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience
Experience with Patriot Product Line (Communication Link Architecture, Major End Items for Patriot TCS, BCP, and/or R‑TCS)
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with reviewing and understanding Technical Data Packages including general understanding of Product Data Management (PDM)
Microsoft Office product skills
Excellent communication, organization and investigative skills
Ability to work independently and to deliver accurate documentation under deadline pressures
Security+ or other equivalent security related, industry recognized certification
Experience in Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems
