Join our team as a Program Quality Lead supporting the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS)-Product Support (PS) business involving depot repair & maintenance and logistics solutions for Patriot ESM (Engineering Service Memorandum) program at Huntsville, AL. The selected candidate will have a dual role as the Quality lead and Compliance Guide for Warehouse operations for this program, driving robust quality culture, practices, and collaboration efforts.
Responsibilities:
Interface with the program teams, customers, and cross-functional organizations, aiding technical quality performance and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Interpret command media and ensure compliance in work being performed at the site.
Monitor, lead Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) activities and ensure effective RCCA.
Support in Program Quality Planning tasks such as proposals, budget tracking and EAC.
Perform incoming, in-process and outbound verification against drawing requirements as well as system validations both onsite and in the field with customers.
Participate and assist during audits for both Quality and Warehouse operation function
Plan and coordinate customer/contractually required quality audits
Maintain positive relationships with the programs, cross-functional program stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and government representatives.
Compliance guidance for Inventory Support and Management, Packaging, Handling, Shipping and Transportation.
Work with the customer on Quality requirements to aid customer and Raytheon needs
Manage Customer Concerns (i.e. GCARS) and program customer complaints
Able to travel at a minimum of 25%.
Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years of relevant experience.
Working experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
Working experience translating external and internal requirements and command media.
Experience building interpersonal and business relationships
Experience interpreting and validating hardware against drawing requirements
Experience conducting audits, monitoring/leading Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA).
Experience working independently with minimal direction.
Working experience using PRISM, cPDM, RCAS tools
Experienced partnering with USG customer
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
