About the Role Our Product Managers create technology-driven, customer-centric experiences with quality and speed. They manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, balance delivery speed with a robust solution, and turn complex business problems into simple customer solutions. They work with product designers and developers and drive continuous product improvements. They support one another to enable personal and company growth.
As part of the Product Management team, you will shape and execute the product strategy for our products across the Group. The role provides tools and features to offer a rich and engaging experience and helps transform product strategy into delivery, creating a seamless end-to-end consumer experience.
You will help prioritize customer needs, create the roadmap, and facilitate product discovery and delivery activities to achieve the team’s key results. You will work with stakeholders, product managers, designers, engineers, and QA to continually improve the user journey and achieve business goals. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction and core business metrics. Our goal is to build best-in-class customer experiences for millions of users and to be the biggest and best online sports and gaming operator in the United States.
Responsibilities
Support the product strategy within your area of ownership and communicate your vision to cross-functional teams.
Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with product goals and business needs.
Support product launch initiatives with risk mitigation and go-to-market planning with stakeholders.
Write detailed written requirements with acceptance criteria and negotiate trade-offs with engineering and design teams.
Clearly communicate product solutions using detailed mock-ups, user flows, and prototypes.
Identify gaps between current functionality and potential solutions.
Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and other partners to ensure products meet marketing strategies and objectives.
Support the product strategy, design solutions, and engineering decisions to achieve intended outcomes.
Manage competing requests while maintaining attention to detail.
Lead daily/weekly/monthly standups, planning, and grooming activities.
Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies to serve digital goals.
Understand the competitive landscape, user research, and competitive analysis to support initiatives.
Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience, preferably with digital consumer products.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field (preferred).
Experience with sports, casino, and/or gaming websites and mobile apps (preferred).
Product Management certifications and/or coursework (preferred).
Strong technical background and ability to engage with engineering teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.
Innovative thinker who challenges the status quo and asks questions.
Passion for the sports, casino, and entertainment industry.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional team work.
Experience delivering across web, mobile apps, and connected devices; creating and maintaining product roadmaps and requirements.
Highly analytical with experience using reporting tools to inform decisions; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to convey product context and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to translate product vision into well-defined requirements and use cases; track record of delivering meaningful improvements.
Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Collaborative and transparent; builds strong cross-team relationships and contributes to a healthy product culture.
Intellectual humility and a continuous improvement mindset; open to learning and feedback.
Willingness to attend on-site meetings or events as needed and to travel domestically or internationally.
Advanced command of the English language.
Salary: The annual salary range for this position is $115K to $145K. Factors affecting starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. The position is eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.
Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements BetMGM faces licensing obligations in state gaming regulations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, and some roles require licenses by multiple agencies. Licensure may require comprehensive background checks, including criminal history, financial history, and personal background verification. The company also supports responsible gambling policies and initiatives.
