per hour. Pay is based on factors including labor markets, education, work experience and certifications. Understand sales goals, plans and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement. Lead and share expertise in operations, accuracy and efficiency. With guidance from your direct leader, establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable. Utilize workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload and ensure areas are guest ready at store open. Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, aligning with weekly and monthly business priorities. Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends). Assess GM backroom and sales floor areas and review reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve issues. Enable a consistent guest experience by ensuring product is available for purchase. Assist leadership in guiding organizational and operational change. Build and develop a GM expert team through onboarding, training and ongoing feedback. Demonstrate inclusivity, authenticity, respect, and equitable experiences. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; lead by example and hold others accountable. Lead and model a safety culture, identify hazards, and assist with incident response and timely reporting/investigating injuries. Support merchandise protection strategies and security processes as directed. Follow all safe and secure training and processes where applicable. Address store and offsite emergency and compliance needs. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up while maintaining compliance with laws. Greet guests, engage with them to understand their needs, and thank them for shopping at Target. All other duties based on business needs. What We Are Looking For / Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent; age 18 or older; retail experience preferred but not required; ability to lead teams, learn technology, work independently and as part of a team, manage workload, stay focused in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively.
