Engineering Product Line Manager (H/F) - SAFRAN AEROSYSTEMS OXYGEN US at AEROCONTACT Join to apply for the Engineering Product Line Manager role at AEROCONTACT. The candidate will lead the technical integrity of the product line portfolio and supervise Engineers and Designers, ensuring robust development and maintaining product strategies. Responsibilities

Direct supervision and mentoring for Engineers and Designers. Conduct technical reviews and approve engineering changes, designs and deliverables. Manage resource allocation and skills based on needs and priorities. Develop and maintain departmental staffing plans aligned with budget. Collaborate with Program, Systems, and Marketing/Sales stakeholders to develop and implement product strategy. Oversee subcontracting activities. Measure department performance with key indicators and implement improvement plans aligned with product line objectives. Deploy improvement plans in collaboration with the engineering management board. Additional duties as assigned may include training, administration, and housekeeping. The role involves ensuring the quality, quantity and timeliness of the product or service, and adhering to established policies, practices and procedures. Management reserves the right to modify work assignments and accommodate qualified employees. Qualifications

Education: Required BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering; MS in Engineering preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in an aerospace environment. Technical Skills: General mechanics and fluid mechanics; knowledge of Control Engineering, Chemistry, Electronics, Plastics Engineering; Functional Analysis/Design to Cost; Reliability Engineering (DFMEA, Fault Tree Analysis); and Airworthiness and aviation regulations. Leadership and project management skills with training and experience. Proficiency in manufacturing MRP systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Seniorities
