None Role Objectives:
The Manager, Replenishment and Planning - Target role is responsible for the day-to-day inventory and forecasting needs of Moose’s Target account. Primary responsibilities include accurate forecasting, proactive chasing/cancelling, and timely PO adjustments, all with an eye on sustaining a healthy, opportunistic business between Moose and Target. Role will also demand frequent collaboration within the other Moose departments (Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, Analytics Teams, Retail Sales Organization). Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in a related role with Target or a Target supplier. Fluent in Target’s reporting systems, most notably Greenfield. Responsibilities:
Maximizes insights and data – gathers, manages, and interprets the most appropriate data, sets objectives for business development, develops specific action plans for account plan implementation, measure/monitors/optimizes programs, and results. Provides both quantitative and qualitative feedback regarding customer sales activity to improve the overall forecast accuracy of the company Responsible for working with retailer to ensure its forecasts are accurate and closely aligned to Moose forecast projections Responsible for working with Moose ops team to resolve import and domestic ordering issues related to transportation or supply Perform ad hoc sales and demand planning analysis Provide sales analytics expertise and insights to the wider Moose Toys sales team Assist in all other functional areas to develop business opportunities and provide actionable insights to the retailer Work Hours
8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday, plus reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones. Salary Band
USD $125,000 - $150,000 Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required. Frequently communicates with other employees and third-parties, must be able to speak clearly and exchange accurate information. Regular, predictable attendance is required. Work Environment
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers and light traffic), indoor business office environment with windows; light foot traffic within work areas. Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. All Welcome
