We are building the next generation of products in sports betting and iGaming across America. What You Will Do
Identify and manage incident causes for IT services Root cause analysis to identify, rectify, and prevent issues within our applications and platforms Oversee and prioritize actions for detection, analysis, containment, and resolution of incidents Manage the life cycle of problems and incidents within the IT organization Work proactively to identify and prevent problems and incidents before they occur Perform heavy data analysis to identify trends and determine which data should be captured and acted upon proactively Problem-solve and accelerate problem-solving across the organization Understand underlying causes of incidents and identify the best method for root cause elimination Document best practices and processes for the organization and future needs Lead discussions and teams to identify and rectify active incidents and prevent future ones Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the organization; work independently as needed Mentor and support members of the incident response team Drive completion of incident response scenarios to improve practices What You Will Need
5+ years of developing successful incident response practices across enterprise-level organizations Experience implementing a problem management process for IT organizations Strong problem management experience with identifying, managing, and remediating incidents Experience in sports betting or as a sports fan is beneficial Experience in cloud-based applications and organizations is beneficial Focus on delivering results and meeting data-driven goals Collaborative mindset and ability to solve problems with others while keeping solutions simple Comfort with soliciting and providing direct constructive feedback Highly motivated to work with and be the best Ability to inspire teams to build best-in-class B2C products Proactive problem-solving mindset to prevent future incidents Strong documentation skills About Us
