Working Title
Assistant Director, Student Accounts Department
Student Accounts-0983 Description Of Work Duties may include (but are not limited to) performing reconciliation of Student Account business, providing data and account analysis for requests from Student Accounts, Business and Finance, students and departments we affect; assisting Director with Student Account business practices within the office and our partners; developing strategies for continuously improving processes to support business practices; mentoring and developing office staff (training, task management, etc). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, business, or related field plus three years of accounting/business experience. Data management or query writing experience. Experience must demonstrate excellent customer service and strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite and strong proficiency in Excel. Preferred Qualifications
Higher education accounting/business background. Experience in college or university student financials office. Experience with PeopleSoft, particularly student financials. Experience with SAP or other accounting software. Salary
