The
Platform Sourcing Leader (PSL)
is responsible for driving all sourcing activities within assigned platforms/modules as part of cross-functional product development squads. PSLs ensure that sourcing targets related to cost, quality, delivery, risk, and sustainability are fully met. Key Tasks
Lead Sourcing Activities in Product Development Projects : Fully accountable for all sourcing deliverables from project initiation until production readiness. Embedded Cross-Functional Team Member : Operate as an integrated member of the cross-functional product development squad. Maintain Post-Launch Commercial Responsibility : Maintain full commercial responsibility for sourced components and suppliers for a period of six (6) months after product launch. Sourcing Concept and Strategy Implementation : Define and implement platform-specific Sourcing Concept Studies. Governance and Group Sourcing Alignment : Operate fully within Group Sourcing policies and Supplier Quality frameworks. Regular Status Reporting and Leadership Alignment : Schedule and conduct regular review meetings with the Director of Sourcing. Why Permobil is a great next step for you!
