As the Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Business Development Manager at Zones, you will drive revenue growth, increase profit margins, and enhance partner maturity. You will leverage your deep understanding of HPE and the data center solutions landscape to identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships. This role will execute the sales GTM strategy for HPE (including Aruba and Juniper) and their full ecosystem of products, solutions, and services. You will develop relationships with organizational leaders across the company, collaborate with partner initiatives to grow Zones’ HPE revenue, margin, and customer base, and lead/mentor others as needed. What you’ll do as the Business Development Manager, HPE

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on HPE products and services (including Aruba and Juniper) Cultivate strong relationships with HPE counterparts to enhance co-sell engagement Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue and margins Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective campaigns and promotions Provide expert knowledge of HPE products and licensing to customers and internal teams Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Quarterly business reviews Execution and oversight of incentive programs Provide weekly executive updates/reporting to Sr. Management on progress/sales performance/KPIs Advance and maintain levels of expertise in HPE solutions by attending training, seminars and trade shows to support and service the sales organization and end-user customers Increase OEM seller contacts, while influencing leads and contacts through consistent communication Drive meaningful engagements through field appointments and customer visits to increase customer counts What You Bring To The Team

BA/BS degree in business administration, information technology, marketing or related field or 4+ years of relevant experience Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on HPE or competing data center solutions Strong understanding of data center solutions and the HPE reseller ecosystem Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets Demonstrated ability to work independently and be accountable for all deliverables What You’ll Be Measured On
