Coordinating and monitoring all membership services sales, locker rentals, pro-shop operations, equipment room rentals, facility tours, and marketing of all front desk services. Baseline-level knowledge of RecTrac (or equivalent) software for front end use Direct leadership and supervision (hire, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate, discipline) to 40-50 student staff members Responsible for the daily deposit and cash handling, along with tracking 3 $100 tills and refunds/cancellations Baseline level knowledge/assist Assistant Director with budget management, equipment inventory, and other administrative functions Baseline level knowledge/assist Assistant Director with strategic planning and assessment Baseline level knowledge and application of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Work directly with Facility Coordinator - Facilities and Special Events to ensure building needs regarding maintenance and special events are met Observe and resolve risk management and safety issues and provide emergency on-call response as needed Some evening and weekend work required Department Profile

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and 9 months undergraduate and/or full time experience in collegiate recreation, athletics, or related fields. Experience with guest services and customer service required. Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with membership sales and direct group/individual supervising preferred. RecTrac membership database, marketing, cash handling, and youth camps. Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required within 60 days of employment. All successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to assess student needs, engage with a diverse population, have strong interpersonal skills, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
