$98,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Requirements

Strong leadership skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented Strong working knowledge of programs such as BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proven track record of organizing project team to accomplish project goals Effective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the Owner Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines 10 Years Previous Commercial Construction Management Experience Is Required Medium to large project experience on Mechanical packages ranging from $5M to $50M+ on Oil and Gas facilities, Refineries, Semiconductors, distribution centers, and/or manufacturing facilities Proficient with HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems Essential Job Duties

Leading Safety Culture for project Controlling costs and maintaining profitability for the project(s), utilizing extensive heavy construction experience Manage field construction activity, engineering, and other field project(s) support activities Supervise development of project schedules and monitor production for timely completion Review cost reports and analyze to reduce costs and improve productivity Establish project labor requirements and coordinate with management Conduct regular project inspections, ensuring safety and quality Coordinate work with subcontractors to ensure scope and specifications are met Administer project policies and procedures Coordinate with architects, inspectors, and clients/owner representatives to resolve issues Hold safety meetings and address safety concerns Monitor project adherence to procedures and quality standards Oversee procurement activities for quality and timely delivery Conduct meetings to review progress and plan future activities Determine equipment needs and ensure maintenance Oversee Quality Control Benefits
