This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) Clinical Research Coordinator position for an active clinical research program in the Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) program at University of Colorado School of Medicine. The position is supervised by the lead CRC in the ILD program under the direction of the Director of ILD. The primary focus is the recruitment and retention of subjects in investigator-initiated studies and clinical trials. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary clinical research coordinator for investigator-initiated and clinical research protocols. Collaborate with investigators, clinical staff, and research staff to ensure study procedures are performed per protocol and properly documented. Ensure protocol-specific compliance and compliance with FDA, OHRP, GCP, IRB, HIPAA, UCD, and affiliates. Independently master study materials, including protocols, informed consent forms, and all other essential study documents for assigned studies. Independently perform study-related processes, procedures, and assessments as defined in study protocol and in compliance with regulating bodies. May be called upon to perform phlebotomy, EKG, spirometry, and vital measurements including blood pressure. Work Location

Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule; in-person meetings required. Onsite at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO on Mondays and Thursdays. Schedule may change based on clinical trial and departmental needs. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Entry Level: Bachelor’s degree in any field. A combination of education and related experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis. Intermediate Level: Bachelor’s degree in any field. One (1) year clinical research or related experience; substitution as above. Senior Level: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Two (2) years clinical research or related experience; substitution as above. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field. Three (3) years of clinical research or related experience. Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g., EMR/EHR and data management systems). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Effective written and oral communication; ability to establish and maintain professional relationships. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload; ability to work independently in a high-volume environment. Critical thinking to identify issues and develop solutions; accuracy and consistency in handling complex tasks. Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated pay ranges by level: Entry Level $48,446 – $61,623; Intermediate Level $52,721 – $67,061; Senior Level $56,995 – $72,498. This position may be eligible for overtime depending on the level. Total compensation includes generous leave, health plans, and retirement contributions.
