Your Role on the ACT Team

Develop therapeutic alliances with clients. Provide therapy and conduct diagnostic assessments. Complete individualized treatment planning and interventions. Hybrid Schedule

Flexible Hours 5 days a week with a mix of in-office and remote work. In-person client appointments in welcoming, community-focused locations. Remote work for other tasks as appropriate. Hiring Range

Unlicensed Clinical Trainee: $60,902 - $65,779, plus $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates Licensed Mental Health Professional: $74,000 - $80,000, plus $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates Main Job Duties

Complete diagnostic assessments, intake meetings with clients and their legal guardians as appropriate, discharge reports, treatment plans, case notes, and other assessments; maintain regular contact with clients, guardians, and collaborative partners. Provide individual and group therapy for clients in clinic, home, or community settings. Attend staff meetings and team consultations; complete required agency trainings. Advocate to coordinate care or resolve emergency problems in crisis situations. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Unlicensed Clinical Trainee

Completed Master’s Degree in a behavioral science or related field Pursuing a professional license (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) Supervision towards licensure is available and can be built into your schedule Licensed Mental Health Professional

Master’s Degree in the behavioral sciences Current clinical license as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) with no restrictions Preferred Qualifications

Current clinical license in Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) with no restrictions Two years of full-time experience working with people with serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders Prior mental health experience Benefits
