Overview
Senior GEOINT Integration Engineer – We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join the Enterprise Engineering & Architecture (TAE) Lead Integrator Team. In this role, you will bring deep systems engineering and integration expertise to help modernize the GEOINT architecture and enhance mission capabilities across the enterprise. You will apply knowledge of the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture and the full TCPED cycle (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) to support integration efforts across NGA Program Executive Offices (PEOs). This includes aligning activities, ensuring enterprise-wide coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation of architecture, requirements, and interfaces. What You'll Do
As a key technical leader on the team, you will: Partner with Government stakeholders to define and implement integration processes across NGA PEOs and supporting organizations
Lead or contribute to cross-organizational Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) focused on:
Analytic modernization
Collection Management
Data Services
Foundation GEOINT
IT transformation
Drive development of engineering and architecture artifacts, including:
Integrated project plans
Requirements and epics
Target state architectures
CONOPS
Roadmaps and schedules
Risk registers
Conduct a wide range of engineering analyses to inform investment and modernization decisions, including:
Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs)
Courses of Action (COAs)
Trade Studies
Engineering Assessments
Perform baseline analyses and support requirements allocation to systems architecture components
Ensure end-to-end traceability between mission needs, requirements, architecture, and program execution
Capture and translate mission and customer requirements into technical solutions and capability recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, driving greater adoption of Agile practices, Digital engineering, and cross-organization collaboration
Support and participate in NGA Governance, Configuration Management, and Risk Management processes

Education Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field
12 years of experience as an Integration Engineer in lieu of a degree
Clearance TS/SCI clearance adjudication or the ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph
Technical Experience Minimum 12 years of experience in government or industry in database management and big data analysis
Strong working knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle, including architecture, requirements, CONOPS, integration, test, and transition
Desired Qualifications GEOINT & Mission Expertise Senior-level experience and in-depth knowledge of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) systems and services, including the TCPED cycle
Technical expertise supporting modernization initiatives within the GEOINT enterprise, such as AI, Tactical Edge Computing, and Multi-Cloud Environments
Leadership & Strategic Planning Proven experience leading complex system-of-systems integration projects with cross-organizational teams and senior government leadership engagement
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-organization engineering assessments, studies, and AoAs; develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs); facilitate Integrated Project Teams (IPTs); engineer and present COAs; provide briefings to senior government stakeholders
Tools & Methodologies Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with Digital Engineering tools and processes
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification, with demonstrated experience applying SAFe practices

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including experience, education, and location.
