Job Summary This position plans, organizes, administers and monitors the PACE Patient Services team to ensure effective and efficient operations of Reception, Call Center, Referrals, and Medical Records functions; supervises assigned staff; and ensures all services complies with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, standards and ICHS PACE policies and procedures.
Education Associate’s Degree required. Two (2) years of relevant work experience may substitute for the required degree.
Experience Three years of experience in health care, Leadership or Supervisor Experience preferred.
Other Requirement(s) Active EPIC Trainer or Super user certification preferred.
