Position: Clinical Nurse III Compensation: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus We are seeking passionate ICU nurses to join our compassionate and skilled healthcare team. As an ICU nurse at City of Hope, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care to critically ill oncology patients. Responsibilities include: Integrate and practice according to the City of Hope Professional Practice Model to deliver care service excellence. Carry out the nursing process, coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, and document according to standards, including validating the patient and caregiver’s understanding of the care plan and expected outcomes. Act as a change agent, committed to lifelong learning, professional development, and embodying City of Hope's organizational mission and values, as well as the values of the nursing profession. Work night shifts from 7pm to 7:30am. Full-time position. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Three years of related experience Current CA RN License Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association ACLS through American Heart Association PALS through American Heart Association City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
