Hours: Full-Time; Remote options may be available as applicable. About The Role: The Clinical Account Manager will develop business strategies aligned with MED-EL mission, goals, and selling philosophy. Travel required is extensive (greater than 50%). The role focuses on sales goals, customer relationships, business planning, and expert clinical support in the South West region. Primary Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Relationship: Deliver sales goals and maintain budgetary allowances; develop valuable relationships with clinicians and hospital/medical center professionals; demonstrate products and services effectively and secure appropriate commitments; participate in business development to drive sales growth; identify key factors in hearing device purchasing decisions with assigned accounts; support regional Finance and Reimbursement to improve regional financial performance; maintain vendor credentials; ensure adherence to state laws and center-specific policies; supply current policies to Risk Management. Account Management: Maintain accurate account and contact information in the CRM; monitor sales goals for assigned accounts; support regular region-wide reporting and data maintenance. Topic Expertise: Understand causes of hearing loss, evaluation techniques, cochlear implants and middle-ear surgery indications; support MED-EL products in all audiological aspects including programming software; understand surgical approaches and comparative device knowledge; assist in difficult programming cases and complaints handling; operate MED-EL equipment for intraoperative evaluation; participate in trainings and on-call support; coordinate with Customer Service and Reimbursement; attend national/international conferences as requested; support timely device ordering and activations; organize coverage for clinical support when unavailable; provide demonstrations and training to surgeons, audiologists, and students; complete monthly regional sales activity and expense reports; travel frequently within and outside the region as required. Additional Responsibilities: Schedule clinic visits and meetings, arrange travel, coordinate with teammates and leadership, maintain CRM and regular reporting, coordinate product deliveries to clinics, stay current on regulatory policies and complaint processes. Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to hearing disorders/hearing health care/audiology; Master’s degree or higher in Audiology or equivalent preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency with IT and mobile tools; team-oriented with a focus on service delivery improvement; professional behavior in all interactions; ASHA Certificate of Clinical will be a value add.
