As a Marathon Health provider you practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license. You offer holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. You will have resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD at your fingertips. You work autonomously within a company that prioritizes patients, ingenuity, courage, community, and fun. Responsibilities include managing preventive care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits with an emphasis on health outcomes rather than volume and billing. Position Details
Open roles include: Nurse Practitioner (NP) Physician Assistant (PA) Pay range: $128,000 - $144,000 per year for a 32-hour week. The actual offer may vary based on location, experience, and skill. Schedule: 32 hours per week with flexible scheduling and benefits. 5,000 sign-on bonus. Minimum Qualifications
For Nurse Practitioner Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable by state regulation Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability CPR/BLS certification required at start date Independent family practice experience including wellness, chronic care, and urgent visits preferred For Physician Assistant Active license and current NCCPA board certification Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable by state regulation Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability CPR/BLS certification required at start date Independent family practice experience including wellness, chronic care, and urgent visits preferred Benefits & Perks
